MOTIVATION FOR MISSIONS

by Penn Clark

One thing that we learn from reading 1 Corinthians 13, it is that motivation matters. Anyone can endure the rigors of a missions trip, at least to get a notch in our belt or another stamp in our passport, but doing it for the love of God and truly help others is what makes a difference in the world. These studies are intended to inspire motivations for missions that honor the Lord.

1. PREPARING TO GO

2. THE WORLD'S AVERAGE MAN

3. THE PRIORITY OF THE POOR

4. HOW TO BECOME "THIRD WORLD"

5. THE NEED IS THE CALL

6. "AREN'T YOU GLAD GOD DID NOT JUST SEND MONEY?"

7. THERE IS NO PLAN "B"

8. COMPASSION

9. THE FOUR LEPERS

10. THE MEEKNESS OF GOD

11. REDEMPTION - Determining Man's Value
